A great bed and breakfast. Felt like I was way out in the country surrounded by beautiful pine trees. But the location was close to the Air Force Academy and Colorado Springs. Next door to Fox Run Regional Park with hiking trails and a large, wooded dog park if you bring your best friend with you. Only an hour to downtown Denver. A lot of privacy too, you basically had the lower half of the house to yourself. Can't say enough about Heidi's hospitality and gourmet breakfasts which were different each day and all delicious, a great way to start the day.

Fantastic, cozy base to explore the entire area
I traveled with my mother, toddlers and sister and this was a perfect place to discover everything that the Colorado Springs area had to offer. The house had everything that we needed to feel comfy, relaxed and cozy. The perfect garden around the property had tons of space for the children and my sister's dog to romp in and we enjoyed roasting s'mores and drinking wine around the fire pit. The children loved the forest setting too. Our host, Heidi was so warm, accommodating and gracious and her breakfasts were over the top wonderful. What a perfectly relaxing vacation!

Rural Atmosphere So Close to the City
Very comfortable accommodations with delicious breakfasts and afternoon treats. Heidi is a delightful person to work with and talk to. Setting is a peaceful rural one that is hard to believe it is so close to COS.

Heidi and this property are the best! She is sweet and willing to make your trip the best it can be with her knowledge of the area and AMAZING breakfasts! I don't know who had more fun, us or our dogs.

Your home away from home. Very comfortable walkout level of ranch-style home. Entire level is yours with two bedrooms, one bath, living area with TV, eating area, mini-fridge and microwave. Front and back decks with large yard. Very spacious and private. 8 wooded acres to explore and adjacent to 200+ acre park with lots of trails! Minutes from United States Air Force Academy and within 1/2 hour drive of major attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Olympic Training Center, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, biking, etc. Gourmet breakfasts served each morning. We are family-friendly and welcome children. Owner lives in top level of home and offers daily housekeeping, snacks and a gourmet breakfast each morning.
