I t was very clean and nice. Since it was on the third floor, sitting on the deck made you feel like you were in a tree house. We used the nice pool and hot tubs three times. Very convenient to the town. I may have missed it, but you do have to walk up three flights of stairs. Not sure that was really apparent on the site . I also had to pay a high "management" fee. i guess I also missed that on the site. I'm sure that was partly the cleaning fee. Did not know how to deadbolt the lock from the inside. BUT, a good value!

Great location!
We loved how close the place was to both the ski resort and the town. We walked to dinner and back every night.

Well updated and appointed condo located in the beaver village complex. Vaulted ceilings with lots of natural light. Tree house feeling up in the piney woods off the back patio. Two bedroom, two bath condo. Beautifully remodeled, fully stocked kitchen. Premium linens, free wi~fi, two flat screen t.V.'s (living room & master bedroom). Cozy gas fireplace & a gas grill on the patio. Beaver village is a quiet complex with a pool, three hot tubs & sauna. Conveniently located to bike trails, winter park ski resort, shops, restaurants & entertainment.
