The Cabin can sleep up to 5 people and has a living room with gas fireplace, Cable TV/DVD player, full kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted tub and shower, and a private outdoor hot tub with beautiful mountain views. ($179-$225 per night)
The Cottage can sleep up to 4 people and has a kitchenette, electric fireplace, and Cable TV/DVD player. ($125-$175 per night).
The Bed and Breakfast Lodge has 4 rooms which include private bathrooms, beautiful mountain views, patios, fireplaces, balconies, outdoor hot tub, and more. Includes a signature 3-course breakfast, or you can opt out of breakfast for a discount. Rates from $95 - $160 per night.
The Lodge can be rented in its entirety with 4 bedrooms/5 bathrooms as a Colorado vacation rental for Air Force Academy Graduations (USAFA), Colorado College Graduations, Holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving or Easter, small reunions, retreats or intimate weddings. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, and an additional common bathroom is on the main floor. The great room is the perfect gathering place with is 16' ceilings and massive stone fireplace. There is a large gourmet kitchen to enjoy preparing meals together. The Lodge can sleep up to 8 people and host up to 17 for group gatherings ($4,550 per week).

50% required at time of booking if arrival date is more than 30 days after booking date; balance due at check in. Full stay charge if reservation is within 30 days of arrival. Refundable Security deposit is due at check in, and is only required for guests in the Cabin, Cottage or entire Lodge. When renting the entire Lodge the security deposit is $500. No security deposit required for B&B guests.
