Buena Vista Colorado is located at the base of the Collegiant Peaks with a mild winter. But if you are looking to have winter fun, it is all within 40-45 miles north and south. We have Hot Springs, Skiing, Snowmobiling, cross country ski trails, Bike trails and Bike racing; Summer fun is our big attraction with the world class rafting on the Arkansas River. Browns Canyon is our new National Park and a wilderness attraction.

No early check in. Upon arrival, tenant will be given the code for the key box at the entrance of the home. You will also receive any special instructions or updates that may be applicable to the home. Check Out: Check Out Time is 10:00 AM on tenants scheduled departure. Any additional nights or delayed departure must be prior approved and are not gauranteed available. Departure is 10:00AM sharp. Lock Outs: As stated in the contract you signed; If there are more guests than what you have reservations for, this is immediate eviction.Rooms are locked out due to the additional people coming into the home without reservation. This has resulted in a 2 room lockouts on every reservation of 2-6. Please call if you have additional guests and need these rooms.⦁ Please call immediatly if you have brought last minute guests. 719-293-0240Damage Deposit: The damage deposit is not applied toward the nights of your visit. It is refundable in 14 days automatically by the platform you made reservations through. Claims will be made immediatly for the following: ⦁ Damage to the home or it's contents⦁ Contraband, pets, additional trash fees, or damage to exterior furnishings including sprinklers and hot tub⦁ Parking on the lawn or outside of the large parking areas provided. ⦁ Linens, utensils, lock sets, you may be charged for entire of cost of new sets in the event "pieces" are removed from premise. This includes the pool table sets.⦁ Spa tub heat charges may run $25.00 per day if the tub is not set to a lower temp when not in use. We keep it at 89 - 90 when not in use.Security: Cameras are on the exterior only. We respect your privacy and no cameras are filming the interior of the home. Any damage or break-in to the DVR will result in IT fees to repair. Neighbors also have cameras, respect thier property as well and do not trespass.Maximum Occupancy: No more than ten (10) guests due to liability. You will forfeit your damage deposit and can be held for additional fees. Lock outs can be also be exercised in addition to loosing your damage deposit. Please call if you have additional guests. The home is equipped with linens, towels, and comforters. ⦁ Bathrooms provide hairdryers, and bath essentials.Towels ⦁ NEVER leave the premise for the River trips or Hot Springs visits.TV remotes ⦁ must stay in the room with the TV they are numbered for. ⦁ Remotes removed from the home are $50.00 replacement, that covers shipping and programming.Locked Areas: ⦁ Areas that are locked are for housekeeping, storage, outdoor sheds, and Boiler room. Tenants do not have a key for these areas and are off limits to tenants. Any attempt to enter locked areas is cause for immediate termination of your nightly agreement, forfeiture of all monies paid, and tenants liability for any and all damage and/or missing items. This includes unlocked access areas for maintenence of the home; ie: crawlspace.HOUSEKEEPING:⦁ Linens and bath towels are included in the home but there is no maid service and is not included in the nightly fees. We do not allow any towels to be taken from the premise. ⦁ We do have older beach towels and older towels that can be taken outside, used for wiping wet feet outside. They are located under the bath cabinets and are intended for exterior use. ⦁ LAUNDRY: Please do not attempt to do the linens or towels for check out. You are here to enjoy your time not do laundry! Housekeeping has commercial machines off premise for washing all the towels and linensNO EXCEPTION RULINGS: ⦁ Loft: No more than 2-3 are allowed in the loft at any time. This is not a recreational area do not use it in any way for anything other than relaxing activities. ⦁ Toddlers: Not permitted in house or on premise, hoem is not toddler safe.⦁ Pets: No Pets or service pets are allowed, no exception. Severe allergies to animals; please do not even have a visiting pet. PARKING:⦁ Parking: Large Trucks with trailers are asked to park in back lot. Large Trucks & trailers can access the back lot from the back of the property as well as drive through. Damage to vehicles hitting trees is the fault of the driver and damage to your car your responsibility. Damage to the tree may be cause for removal and will be taken from the damage deposit. Multiple Spots are available for Passenger cars in the South Lot (closest to the home) ⦁ Never park on the lawn. Never Ever!
