Start your day without a bus or shuttle and ski home to the back yard of beautiful Grand Beavers Lodge.  This true ski-in/ski-out home is situated on the Skyway Skiway on Peak 8 and overlooks the historic town of Breckenridge. This three level 6 bedroom, 7 and 1 half bath is perfect for large groups.  Every bedroom has a flat screen TV with DVD/cable and a full bath.  Perfect for large family groups.  This home boasts 2 decks with beautiful views of the town and surrounding mountains. The decks have multiple outdoor fireplaces, a hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and outdoor table for six. This rustic lodge is the perfect entertainment base for family and friends to gather for every holiday season.

The great room is warm and welcoming, with radiant in floor heating on wide planked pine floors, a massive stone fireplace with raised hearth, and soaring ceilings. Glass doors open to an outdoor seating area which includes a built in outdoor kitchen, fireplace and speakers to listen to your favorite tunes.

To the right of the living area you will enjoy our large gourmet kitchen which features rustic natural wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a large farmhouse sink, six burner Wolf stove, double ovens and oversized Sub-Zero refrigerator for all your family meals. Additionally there is a butler's pantry just off the kitchen which houses additional cabinets, another range, refrigerator and dishwasher.

There are two master suites with flat screen TV's, fireplaces and both master baths have a large Jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and separate steam showers. Both masters have doors that open to the deck areas on two separate levels. Enjoy the lower deck hot tub while waving at the skiers and hikers heading down the ski trail.

The home has rustic staircases that are trimmed with wood with bark intact, adding a unique mountain detail. The stair up lead to a loft area with a queen sleeper sofa. This area is separated from a kids bunk room which holds 3 sets of bunks and a futon from a bedroom which holds a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The stairs down lead into a spacious family room with a second media area, queen sleeper sofa, fireplace and pool table. The wet bar on the right offers another dishwasher and refrigerator, as well as seating at the bar. Additional bedroom suites are on this level, (second Master with king and one bedroom with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa) giving excellent bedroom privacy on every level. Also you will find a cozy office area on the lower level with free high speed internet. The office has a docking station that is equipped with scanner/printer if staying in touch with work is a must. This area also has a queen sleeper sofa with an adjoining full bath. Doors on this level lead out to the lower deck area and ski trail.

Parking: This home has parking for 6 with a heated garage and heated driveway. 4WD is highly recommended during the winter months.
