We stayed here for a summer vacation with two families including five kids. The accommodations were perfect. Home is in excellent condition with plenty of space. We loved being walking distance to gondola to go to town or up the mountain. Kids loved the activities at Peak 8 up the gondola. Fonda, the property manager, is extremely helpful! We will be back!

Beautiful property in a great location!
This home is beautiful and conveniently located near the gondola and Main Street. Many hiking and bike trails nearby. We enjoyed trout fishing, biking to Copper Mountain, hiking around the Blue River reservoir, activities at Breckenridge ski area, and eating out at many of the restaurants downtown! This property was perfect for the 6 adults and three children in our group. Our only complaint is we ran out of time before we could do all the things we wanted to do! Would highly recommend this property!

Luxurious spot tucked away under the Gondola
We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous home. Fonda and her husband were so attentive to any of our needs and look after the property to a high standard. It is literally a 2-3 minute walk to get on the Gondola to go skiing. We didn't have a car so it was tricky at night to go down to town as the Gondola stopped running at 5.15pm and Uber availability was hit and miss. We had heavy snow the week we stayed and loved soaking in the outdoor hotub watching the cross country trail nearby. The garage and ski storage was excellent and the laundry was convenient. The rooms were well presented and the only advice I would give is to remove the bedspreads on the bunk beds and replace with some washable duvet covers that could be removed after each guest. Also, there were so many cushions and pillows decorating each bed we had to find somewhere to store them. Do not hestitate to stay at this luxurious property, you wont be disappointed!
