Our sons and their families, my husband and I spent the most enjoyable and memorable vacation together in Breckenridge celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Our son arrived first and called us to see if we would arrive soon. He said "Mom, you won't believe this place"! He was so right. The home is amazing, beautiful yet comfortable, and well stocked with all the kitchen spices and utensils you will need. Plenty of bathroom supplies and cozy, comfortable beds, too. And, oh, the views! Snow capped mountains, aspen and spruce, in a panorama from bedrooms to living areas! I will never stay in a more perfect home. And then there is Breckenridge...hiking trails, fishing streams, quaint shops, any restaurant imaginable, all within 10 minutes. We panned for gold, rode horses, took the free gondola ride up the mountain and traveled deep into a gold mine. Our Grandaughter panned two pieces of gold! Obviously, we will always cherish this time together, and to top it off, a pair of foxes stopped on the patio to say goodbye on our last day there. The grandkids were in love! My only comment would be that we recycle, and did not know if we could use the containers in the home for curbside recycling, so we made several trips to the recycle center. Maybe that information could be added to the information and instructions left for your guests. Anyone thinking of visiting Breckenridge would love this home. Thank you so much for sharing it with our family...and we LOVED the puzzle nook!

Perfect Summer Vacation Home
Our family of 6 truly enjoyed this beautiful home in the heart of Breckenridge. I could not imagine there is a home near town with a better view of the mountains. The home was spotless, extremely well equipped, a 10 minute walk to Main Street, and tucked in a great neighborhood.

GIrl's Adventure
Five friends stayed at this gorgeous house to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The bed and bathroom setup was perfect and the house is beautiful . We could walk into Breckenridge and hike outside the door. So many fun restaurants and shopping in walking distance away. The owner was very helpful with recommending bike shop and she was very responsive to any questions.

A great house close to everything!
We have just returned from our Breck vacation. What a house! A great design with privacy for everyone. There were 11 of us, and we had tons of room. The wide open main floor is roomy and perfect for hanging out. The downstairs is like it's own apartment, which was great with our separate families. The location is the best of the best, close to everything, yet high up on a hill for perfect views of the different peaks. We even had an evening visit from the fox! Tracy was a dream to work with, and made all the details seem easy. I can't wait to go back!
