Falcon Lair has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms over 2600 square feet. It provides accommodation for up to 14 people - which includes a bunk room for children. It is located in an enviable position with panoramic views of the ski runs and Ten Mile Range - hence the property name 'Falcon Lair' !
With wrap-around decks on 2 levels it offers the true mountain experience and of course the hot tub on the lower level allows for a relaxing time after a busy day skiing. In the summer the views are equally breathtaking and relaxing. There is a wood burning fireplace in the main living room which provides a cozy atmosphere during the colder winter months. On the lower level is a TV and games room with pool table again for relaxing after a day's skiing.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped should you decide to take a break from the varied excellent restaurants in Breckenridge.
Sporting Activities
Falcon Lair is only 2 miles from the world class ski resort of Breckenridge. Several other spectacular ski resorts
are also close by including Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail. Although it is recommended to have your own vehicle to access the various resorts, there is the free Summit County shuttle bus close to the house to take you to the Gondola and Town Centre.
In the summer you can hike up Baldy Mountain from the house or enjoy the many other activities such as biking,
golfing, or take the kids to the Peak 8 fun park. The biking is exceptional on the mountain trails or the paved bike track North to Frisco and beyond.
Other Local Activities and Events
For those looking for a more relaxing time, Breckenridge offers many festivals and cultural events particularly during the Summer and Fall - these include the Fourth of July Celebrations and Oktoberfest in the Fall. And in the Winter there is the Ullr Fest, Mardi Gras etc.
Additionally, there are many first-rate restaurants and bars for apres ski and dinner. Shopping is also available in specialty shops on Main Street and the larger outlets in Frisco and Silverthorne.

The house provides two living areas both with dining, TV, refrigerator and microwave to accommodate larger families or groups. Wi-Fi and cable TV are available.
Falcon Lair is located up Boreas Pass and Baldy Road in the peaceful neighborhood of Woodmoor, approximately 2 miles from the Breckenridge Town Centre. Although Breckenridge and the surrounding Summit County resorts are best known for winter skiing, there are also many summer activities and festivals. You can check out the many activities. The skiing and other winter time activities in Breckenridge are excellent; are all close to the property, and from the rear deck you have a panoramic view of the ski runs.
Approximately 500 yards from Falcon Lair is a stop for the free Summit County shuttle bus which takes you to Breckenridge Town Centre and the gondola - from where buses can be taken to other Summit County Resorts.
