    The home has central heat throughout and as well as central evap cooling. Evap coolers are an efficient way to cool homes in the dry desert summers.
     

    Guest access

    Plenty of parking on this half acre lot for recreational vehicles, horse trailers or multiple vehicles.
    Guest will have access to the entire house except the laundry/supply room and the garage.

    Interaction with guests

    We are always available by text or phone to help you solve any issues that may arise. While we are not always close by, we want your stay to be amazing and will do everything we can to ensure your comfort.
    The neighborhood

    City lights view from the front of the home, 20 acres of mesa behind the house to take a walk with your dog. Aloha Ranch Roadside Inn is conveniently close to everything.
    • 7 miles to Pioneertown and Pappy & Harriets.
    • 5 minutes to Old Town Yucca Valley galleries, stores and coffee shops
    • 10 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree and the National Park.
    • 20 minutes to the Integratron, and a few more miles to Giant Rock.
    • 2.3 miles to the Joshua Tree Retreat Center
    • 2.9 miles to Desert Christ Park
    • 16 miles to the Dhamma Vaddhana S. Cal Vipassana Center
    • 35 minutes will have you in the Palm Springs nightlife.
    Getting around

    There is a transit system that runs up and down Route 62 from 29 palms to Morongo Valley. Transit, shopping and dining could be accessed easily by bike. Taxi and Uber/Lyft services are available also. Let us know if you have specific questions, we can help you find the answers :-)
    Other things to note

    We are located on the corner of Frontera Ave and Yucca Trail. This is a main thoroughfare for locals and travelers between Yucca Valley and the main Joshua Tree National Park. Early morning and evening commuters use this highway.
    When going East the road ends at Park Ave. Heading South is the main entrance to the Joshua Tree National Park and heading North is Joshua Tree downtown area / Joshua Tree Saloon.

    Check out time is at 11am promptly, housekeeper arrives at 11:15am.
    **You will be subject to $100 additional charge if you do not abide by check out time unless prearranged with me
    Quiet time after 10pm
    No pets on furniture/beds
    Do not move inside furniture around
    Patio furniture can absolutely be rearranged
    Please close all drapes, take all trash to the outside cans on side of the house and lock all doors/windows at check out.
