Imagine a vacation in a wooded area overlooking a creek; hiking trails a short walk away, a hot tub under the stars, nearby are mountain vistas. You are in a National Park. And best of all you have all of the ammenities and comforts of home - full kitchen, living room with comfortable sofas, game room, laundry. All beutifully decorated. Would definitely recommend and am looking forward to coming again in the future.

This was a week to enjoy in this cozy home
My stay was very enjoyable. The home was very cozy and comfortable. It had all the amenities one needs when staying away from home. The location is fantastic. You can find hiking trails right outside the house. Other sites within the park are a short drive away. You can relax or be a little more vigorous in your outdoor adventure. You will definitely have terrific, beautiful pictures to go home with.

Wonderful !!!
I absolutely loved the home for my vacation. It is comfortable and beautiful. I loved the decor and the attention to detail to make it both beautiful and comfortable. It contains all the amenities I needed, just like being at home. It is surrounded by the beauty of nature and has great hiking right outside the door. It is a short drive to Yosemite valley and Glacier point. It is an even shorter drive to Mariposa grove. I can't think of one thing to single out as best, I loved it all.

A home away from home in the beauty of Yosemite!
Everything about this lodge was wonderful for a large group of 10! We had 4 kids with us (3 of them were teens) and 3 adult couples in our family group. There was plenty of space to sleep and to just relax and hang out. There are plenty of games and a foozball table to keep the kids entertained, as well as the river down below...every time we would get back from a hike, the kids would be down in that water! The back deck is where we spent a ton of time, because of the beautiful scenery. We ate most meals out there and enjoyed the jacuzzi every night after our long morning/afternoon hikes. Just a couple things kept me from giving this rental an Excellent review, which may not matter to you, but we were counting on it since it was listed in the amenities. There was no shampoo/conditioner/body soap, so bring your own unless you want to pay higher prices at the markets up in Yosemite. Also, there is no air conditioning upstairs,only downstairs, which makes it hard to sleep in upper rooms if it is warm (which it was when we were there: 90 - 100 degrees) or if you have asthma (which one in our group did). Each room does have ceiling fans which is great when it is cooler at night. Downstairs stays perfectly cool though! Also, a couple nights we were able to just open the windows and a wonderful breeze comes through and you can hear the river down below! Just amazing!!!

Home away from Home
Beautiful home in an unbelievable setting. We were warm, cozy, comfortable, and relaxed. Endless places to hike and play. Nice game room. Foosball tournaments ruled! Resting in a hot tub on the deck under the moon and stars, towering pines, with sounds of the rushing creek was unbelievable. Can't wait to go back.

Great Vacation Cabin
This is the most fun I have ever had a cabin! It has everything you could want on your vacation in the forest, Including a Hot tub a Game Room! The interior is beautiful, with a flowing Yosemite theme through-out all the rooms. Outside there is a huge deck that wraps from the front to the back of the house that over looks a river flowing only a few feet behind the house. This is by far the nicest place I have ever had the pleasure of staying at.

Home is perfect for our two families
Just wanted to let you know we are enjoying your house so much! It has been perfect for our two families. The Chilnualna Falls are beautiful and so is the south fork of the river behind the house. Fabulous place to stay
What a fabulous place to stay amongst the tall pine trees with a stream below. The outdoor deck is large with 2 umbrella tables,recliner chairs, regular chairs with little tables and a good- sized hot tub. Sitting in the spotless hot tub after dark, you can look up to see the tree silhouettes and the million stars up above.That along with a glass of wine is what I call vacation. Hiking is available all around near the cabin or a reasonable car ride away. The house is big with plenty of room in family room and kitchen. It has a bonus game room for foosball which was fun. The decor is so quaint with detail shown in every room, giving it a great Yosemite flavor. All amentities needed on a vacation were there. The beds were comfortable,even the pillows were good. (I a very fussy about my pillow.!) Everything was clean. It is a great place to just relax and enjoy the beauty of Yosemite National park. Would highly recommend this cabin/home.

Memorable house
What a memorable house to stay in for a delightful trip to Yosemite. From lovely homemade dinners to card games late at night, many memories were made. The house was spacious and our "hot tub talks" were hilarious and relaxing. We traveled 21 miles by foot / bike in three full days. Vernal Falls was spectacular, Yosemite Falls was busy but a good place to bike ride to, Mariposa Grove is unbelievable, literally...and Glacier Point was honestly one of the prettiest places we've ever seen. A must do!

We loved staying at your beautiful cabin! Although we were only here three short days, we enjoyed Yosemite Falls and the kids (2 & 4 & 20 year old) loved the stagecoach ride by the Wawona Hotel. The drinks on the Wawona hotel was a very pleasant environment too. The wather was perfect and the hot tub was even better! We put too many people in the hot tub the first night and overflowed the deck! We didn't see any bears though :( We stuck our feet in Mirror Lake and it was freezing! The rock garden by Mirror Lake was amazing! We built some towers of rocks to join all the others. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful!
We drove from Lake Tahoe on the 7th leg of our journey from Brisbane Australia, 3 girls 12, 7, & 5, plus Mum & Dad. What a gorgeous drive once we hit Yosemite and drove in on Hwy 120. Absolutely breath taking! We arrived late at night and slept well our first night here. Got up early and drove back over to see Bridal Veil Falls, etc. again. Spent the afternoon in the hot tub and had BBQ for dinner, loved the fireplace and the foosball table kept the younger girls occupied for hours. We were only here for 2 short days and wish we could have stayed longer. Maybe next year!

It's been about a year and a half since we stayed here at your wonderful cabin... and we're so happy to be back bringing the rest of the family who couldn't come with us last time. There are three generations of us up here to celebrate my birthday on the 23rd. I've been coming to Yosemite since I was a little girl and can never think of any other place I'd rather be. There's some snow on the ground and the air is cold and crisp. Just right for a hike to the Swinging Bridge tomorrow!
