LOVED THIS UNIT
Parking nearby. No mountain of stairs to climb to reach unit from parking lot. This is a first floor unit so no need to climb even more stairs. Close to beach with easy access. Two guest bedrooms separated by kitchen, dining room and living room from master suite. Comfortable beds. Nice sitting area with huge grill accessible from living room. We really liked this unit and would book again.

Beautiful, convenient location
The property can't be beat - right on the ocean- in between Santa Cruz & Monterey/Carmel & near Moss Landing & Watsonville- great seafood, Mexican food, wine tasting, recreational opportunities. Accessibility was important for 2 of the 4 of us so it was nice it was close to parking, but a little disappointed that many steps were required to get to the beach. The staff were great, tennis/game & dvd rentals fun.

Best Condo!
My college buddies renting this unit for our long time friend (since the late 1960s) who has a terminal disease. The layout was perfect for him to get to the beach - bonfire at sunset! The great accommodations, not to mention the fully equipped kitchen, suited us perfectly. We could hear the surf from indoors. The Pajaro Dunes staff could not have been more perfect with helping us match our friend's physical needs with the other potential units that may have suited us. The desk staff was overly friendly.

Great Condo
Good place for weekend get-a-way, well stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, easy access to beach, beds comfortable, dining table plenty of space to eat, plenty of seating by fireplace. Quick food delivery from local eating places. We've been coming to Pajaro every year, different units, for over 20 years and we've reserved this unit for 2017 again. The staff are terrific.

Wonderful Condo!
I stayed in this Shorebird condominium in February and cannot wait for my next visit. This condo had easy access to the beach!! Perfect for long morning walks. The condo had a private internet connection, so I was still able stay "connected." I would highly suggest a weekend at Pajaro Dunes, even if you are a local to the area, looking for a relaxing weekend!

This condo is an absolute favorite! You are directly on the beach, literally just a couple steps out to the sand and miles of coastline to enjoy. This coastal home is well cared with a bright and spacious floorplan, perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The home comfortably accomodates 7 guests, offering privacy for its guests. The master is located on one side of the living area, and the two guest bedrooms on the other. The master suite has a King sized bed and a private bath; the other two bedrooms offer a Double + Twin and Two Twins. A 2nd guest bathroom is located off the dining room. This condo would be ideal for a getaway with family or a group of friends.
When you want to gather, the living room is comfortably equipped with new sofas and a large flat screen tv by the fireplace. A separate dining area with a beautiful wood table seats everyone in elegant fashion. Brand new furnishings update this truly remarkable beach home. The home is hard-wired for Wifi and cable, indoor washer & dryer all add convenience during your stay.
The kitchen is updated offering everything you might need to create a special meal. Fully supplied, with breakfast bar stools, this is a great kitchen for making family a special beach meal! The Ocean side Patio has a large BBQ for the grill chef in your group!
