Its a small studio, nothing extravagant, but its clean and comfy. Has wifi and tv. This is a new property for me and I love it. I like staying here is why there are no reviews.
Its all about the location. This studio is 1/2 a block from the boardwalk or actually less then 30 second walk. And 3 minutes to Abbott Kinney. The live part of Main street is 4 minutes. Very safe, easy access and a great place to crash after a day in Venice. The apartment is quiet believe it or not. Its very clean, great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Enough cooking supplies to cook breakfast with a cup of coffee from the Kuerig machine.

Uber or Lyft is the best for getting around Venice or Santa Monica as parking is a challenge and expensive.
