You can't beat staying in the heart of California's most popular ski resort. No need to spend 30 minutes each morning in ski traffic! Better yet, you can ski right to the kitchen door from the ski slopes. But, before heading to the slopes for the day you can see all the Village action from our balcony, as it overlooks the Music stage, Ice rink and Fire pits. You're only yards from the gondola and ticket booth. Lockers in our building are included for your ski/snowboard equipment. Along with One parking space in weather protected underground garage with direct elevator access to the building.

About The Area

Located in the heart of the Village at Northstar. Everything you need is walking distance - grocery store, dining, and retail/novelty shops.

Enjoy warming up near one of the firepits or in the hot tub after your day on the slopes, both just steps from the condo.

The gondola and ice rink are also just steps away, visible from the balcony!

About 10 minutes to Historic Downtown Truckee, 15 minutes to Lake Tahoe (Kings Beach), and 45 minutes to the Reno Airport.

House Rules

No Smoking allowed inside the house or outside on the deck unit itself. If smoking is reported EXTRA cleaning fees will be imposed & charged to renters credit card.

PETS ARE NOT permitted in rental unit under any conditions. If reported you will be asked to have your pet boarded immediately. There will be an additional 500.00 fee charged for pet cleaning and will be charged to renters credit card.

NO drug use allowed: Should drugs be reported, the police will be notified. You will be asked to leave the rental property immediately. No refunds will be given.

Renter is responsible for any outstanding incidentals, EXTRA house cleaning, damage or losses. Outstanding expenses will be charged to renters credit card.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. NO EXCEPTIONS (unless written approval has been obtained from owner prior to your stay). Renters agree to depart by 11:00am on scheduled departure date or a 500.00 late check out fee will be charged to renters credit card.
