Just perfect
As others have said, this place is amazing. We asked the owner for a difficult last minute accommodation & he was super responsive & reasonable. It is very conveniently located & filled with every amenity you can imagine (keurig coffee maker! steam basket! ginormous HE laundry! most comfy pull out sofa ever!)

What a wonderful place to stay in Truckee. We come to town about once a year and we usually stay at a hotel on the other side of downtown. Well this time they were full...and I'm glad they were. This place is as charming or better as it looks in the pictures. The neighborhood is residential which is just fine. It's a short drive/walk to Safeway. It's a $10 Uber to downtown each way. We couldn't ask for more. The living quarters has everything you could possibly need. The owners were in contact via text with us throughout our stay to make sure our stay was going well. The spa was nice after hiking all day. It was awesome to make breakfast there and eat out for the rest of our meals. Evening cocktails before going downtown was a great benefit too. We will be back for sure and we'd highly recommend you stay here. The place was spotless when we walked in. Even the coach had vacuum lines in it. Great attention to detail!

Fantastic experience and hospitality
My fiancee and I had a great time staying at this beautiful and well maintained Truckee bungalow! We appreciated the fine touches of the property and detailed information to make our stay as easy as possible. Both the owner and manager are available, gladly answering all of our questions and offering the suggestion to check out Truckee Thursdays (very glad we did). We're eager to come back during the winter season, and we obviously recommend to other travelers.

This spacious 1 bedroom house with vaulted celings is tucked in the forest but remains close to Interstate 80 without all the noise. Walking distance to 7-Eleven and Safeway makes this the most conveniently located vacation rental in Truckee. 7 ski areas are within 10 miles with direct access to Hwy 89 and Interstate 80 to bypass traffic and be on your way. 5 minute drive to Donner Lake. No hills to battle and everything you need in Truckee can be walked to in under 5 minutes.
