The cottage is great. New appliances,nice bathroom, cozy bed. Marke is very accommodating and super chill. He made sure everything was perfect and even built us a fire the first night!

Perfect new clean and great host
We were really very pleased with the cottage as it had a perfect size for couple needing a mini home for the weekend. Exceptionally clean, comfortable cottage with beautiful grounds. Great proximity to Redwood forest, Patrick's Points, and beaches. We were really thrilled with our stay here. Owner was very responsive on VRBO site. We enjoyed our stay emensely.

Cabin near Patrick Point State Park
Our stay at Golden Eagle's cabin was very comfortable. The cabin is beautifully decorated and more like an upscale condo than a cabin. The bathroom is spacious and elegant and includes shampoo and soap dispensers. The kitchen area has all the appliances necessary for cooking and eating in, even a dishwasher. Our favorite feature had to be the gas fireplace, which gave the perfect amount of heat as well as adding a cozy ambiance to the room. Oh and the mattress on the queen size bed felt like a thermopedic - heavenly! There are are several interesting little victorian towns to explore nearby as well state parks along the beach and redwood forests. If you want a quiet, clean and cozy getaway, I would recommend these cabins without hesitation.

The Cottages were Designed for Two' They have wonderfully comfortable foam-memory mattresses, full kitchens, beautiful built-in 'picture' fireplaces. The grounds are beautiful and feature a Zen-like pond and rock garden with three cascading waterfalls.
