BREATH TAKING
My family arrived to this breath taking view and home!!Everything from the moment we arrived was just perfect! Very clean and the beds were very comfortable!They were very accommodating above and beyond. We all had plenty of room. With kids it was great for them to all have there own space. The pool and spa were perfect! If your looking for a perfect view to wake up with such tranquility drinking your cup of coffee this is the place. From outdoor area eating dinner to fresh lemons off the tree it was perfect. Thank you so much for a perfect stay we will be back for spring break next year.:)

Family Spring Break
House was awesome and exactly as described. Plenty of space for everyone. We had 12 people and could have slept 2 or 3 more comfortably. Just far enough from LA and Hollywood to miss the traffic but close enough to enjoy those places. We traveled to LA, Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Malibu from the house. No issues and some of the drives were very scenic. West Lake Village area has everything you need and the area is upscale, very safe. Just over the mountain, short drive, is Malibu and the coast. Off the back patio are the Santa Monica Mountains. The view everyday was awesome, nothing better than grabbing a cup of coffee and enjoying the scenery. The pool and hot tub were a nice treat for stay at home days or fun in the evenings. The owners were very quick to respond if we needed anything or had a question. If you book this house you will NOT be disappointed. Our families consisted of all ages of children. Everyone loved the house. THANK YOU!!! for a great vacation.

Gorgeous home with spectacular mountain views from kitchen, family room, living room and bedrooms. Hardwood floors in kitchen and entry. High-speed internet, WiFi. Remodeled gourmet kitchen with island, lots of cabinets, and built in desk. Large formal dining room which opens out to the living room. Superb family room and living room which has 2 king-sized American Leather sleeper sofas! Large, beautiful bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping accommodations. Three of the bedrooms have king-sized beds. Sleeps 12-14 comfortably. All the bathrooms have been remodeled and the master includes a Jacuzzi tub.
Beautiful backyard with pool/spa/built in BBQ with grassy area and fireplaces. Wonderful for dining outdoors while overlooking the serenity of the mountains.
The home is walking distance from the Landing and several other exquisite restaurants. Explore the wineries and vineyards in the area, or check out the local craft breweries. There are plenty of outdoor activities for the outdoor enthusiast- hike the many trails through the Santa Monica Mountains, enjoy the many amenities offered at The Westlake Golf Course, get a partner and play a round of doubles on one of the many tennis courts at Westlake Tennis, just walking distance from the house! The Thousand Oaks Civic Center is only six miles away and offers many stellar headliners including Broadway musicals, international dance companies, award-winning children's programs, popular entertainers, civic light opera, choral ensembles, and much much more.Beverly Hills shopping is only 25 miles away. There are plenty of attractions- Universal Studios, Hollywood, Downtown LA, movie studio tours, Venice, Santa Monica Pier and the endless stretch of beaches all equally close.
