This vacation rental was the perfect place for our large party. Plenty of space in this well laid-out, multi-level home. Even with a large group , at no time did it feel crowded. The home has everything you need...and if anything was missing; our hosts (Ken and Terry) were awesome! Very responsive to any request and just great people! Our kids had a great time hanging out by the fire for smores. We would highly recommend this place to our family and friends. Hope to do this again, sooner than later.

A Perfect Place for a Large Group
Thank you Ken so much. We stayed at your beautiful vacation home this past summer and having you next door was like us being in our own neighborhood. Your home had every little thing we needed and so much more. Inviting us and the kids into your backyard to roast marshmallows in your fire pit was a real treat for all of us. Getting us a discount at the bicycle rental store only 1 block away deserved another big “thank you”. Providing us with the fire wood for our camp fire was also unexpected. You two really made us feel at home. Your directions to the hiking trails to Eagle waterfalls and directing to the hiking trails to Angora Lakes and Fallen Lake was also wonderful. Without your directions we never would have found Angora Lakes. The short distance to the casinos, the lake, and beaches made your home a perfect place to stay. Your home is in a perfect location for people to see the sites of South Lake Tahoe. Sorry it took us so long to thank you for all of your help with making our stay so memorable. Outstanding Home
I stayed there for a week with 17 other people, including 6 kids. The house is big enough that everyone has a place to be in if they want some privacy. We weren't home much because we had a ton of activities planned in Tahoe, however, when we were home it was certainly a great place for the kids (loved playing fooseball and pool and hot tub) and the adults played cards, drank some margaritas and chatted away in the kitchen or outside patio. The owners- Ken was very diligent in giving us all the rules and recommendations before our stay and Terry was busy running around the house making sure we had enough towels and everything was clean and tidy. Although they live next door, they kept their distance and allowed us to enjoy our stay. They returned our deposit immediately at checkout. I truly enjoyed staying there and look forward to renting the house from them again. It was a pleasure staying at your house and not to mention the wonderful memories we all made in it. It is surely something that will be in our hearts and minds forever.

Amazing property & generous hosts!
This house is huge!! So many nook and crannies - our kids loved it! The cousins all slept in the bunk bed room and had a blast. Very close to the lake, grocery store, restaurants, beaches and bike paths. the hot tub was wonderful for the adults at the end of the day. Ken and Terry were very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. We chartered the boat that they own - best part of the trip! Worth every penny - Emerald bay was spectacular! The kids loved running around the property and we were surprised to be invited by the hosts to roast marshmallows with their family. Very quiet neighborhood. Can't wait to go back! Thank you!!!

If you are looking for a home in the woods this one is for you, this home is located on an acre with large decks and hot tub. You walk into a large entry and game room with a pool table and fireplace, (in the photos you can see a Foosball game sorry but it has been broken & removed). At the left you step down to a large living room with two couches, TV, card table, and another fireplace. A master bedroom is off to the right of the entry area with a king bed and includes a master bath with shower and large tub.
Next is another bedroom with a queen bed with a bathroom just outside the bedroom. Beyond that is a second living room with a TV and couch which is a sofa sleeper. Next to this living room is a room for all the kids, 3 bunk beds (6 twin beds), continue upstairs to a large loft with a queen size bed. At the end of the entry way is a large dining room which seats 10 but enough room to add tables to seat 20.
Adjacent to the dining room is a fully stocked kitchen (to serve 30), dishwasher, oven, garbage disposal, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. If it is not there I live next door and will get it for you.. From there you enter into a third living room and enclosed sun room. The sun room has a dining table and seating to enjoy the deck and woods, the living room has a couch and another TV and another full bathroom. From this living room you go upstairs to 2 other loft bedrooms, both have queen beds.
This home has 3 full bathrooms and each of the 4 living rooms has high and open ceilings. This is a great home to have a family reunion, plenty of room for all!
There is a very large deck in the rear yard complete with 3 BBQ's hot tub, and three tables and enough chairs for everyone. All of your towels and linens as well as your beach and hot tub towels are provided. The house is also located 1 block from bicycle rentals where you can rent bicycles and peddle to Fallen Lake and the Glen Alpine Water Falls. Only a 6 mile bike ride. The hiking trail to Angora Lakes is a 5 mile ride to the base of the trail. From there you can also enter Desolation Valley with some of the most beautiful back country in California. You are also 4 blocks from shopping at the Y and it's outlet stores.
