ALL FOUR BEDROOMS ARE UPSTAIRS: ONE, Queen Bedroom Appartment 585 sq ft has , Sitting area, Kitchenette dining area and deck also private bath Plus: 3 additional bedrooms - 2 Queens, and 1 Bunk room that the kids LOVE!
You will think you are on a cruise until you step off the deck! Then it's 40 ft of level lawn to the edge of the lagoon where the peddle boat waits for the explorers to board. Life jackets provided Come meet our beaver he lives in his "Hoven/Home" just 300 yards to the east on the north shore of our Lagoon.
This place has space for everyone to relax & enjoy - Three seperate living areas gives you space for TV & games or quiet conversations.

This home was built in 2000, on a double WATERFRONT lot, and has three sunny decks at the rear facing the lagoon on the south side. Relax with a drink and watch the sun set behind Mt Tallac. Under the clear night sky enjoy a soak in the hot tub on the upstairs deck - and watch for shooting stars. Daytime and twylight - watch the birds and wildlife, Ducks, Geese, Beaver, and the occasional Bear. Panorama views, for miles.
Please note we do not have water access to Lake Tahoe - our lagoon is large and land locked.
