We absolutely LOVED this vacation rental! We had 12 people ranging from 7 months to 90 years old and it was more than accommodating. Chris was quick to respond to any questions we had or when unexpected things came up. This is in a great location but still feels remote. Everything was clean and like new. The house has no A/C but Chris had someone bring over some fans within an hour of me contacting him. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic House
This is an amazing, recently renovated home that was just perfect for our group of 12 people. The game room upstairs is fabulous--the ideal hangout spot for teens. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the gourmet kitchen has everything you'd ever need, and the hot tub is the best after a long day of skiing. Not ski-in, ski-out, but a very short drive down the street and around the corner to the lifts. The owner was quick to respond to emails during booking and throughout our stay. Highly rrecommend for anyone going to Heavenly for a ski vacation.

Great Stay!
This house is great. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. We skied Heavenly, with the kids it was too far to walk but just a quick 3 min drive to the parking lot. The the house is remodeled and very nice and everything in the house is upgraded and brand new. The kitchen is full stocked with every appliance and cooking utensils you need. The beds are super comfy. Great big dining table with room for 10. The game room was awesome for the group to hangout and play pool, watch tv. Room for 4 cars to park, 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. If it snows while you are there they have a service to clear the driveway, we discovered this while we were shoveling the driveway they showed up. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family reunion
Great location, great open design for kitchen/living room/dining area. Beds are so comfortable! Large jacuzzi in a private setting surrounded by woods makes for great after ski relaxation. Pool table upstairs was also a hit after the kids were in bed. We had all our meals at the house and it worked out perfectly. If I come back to ski Heavenly, this is were I will stay.

SKI IN SKI OUT FROM HEAVENLY. Home is literally 200 feet from Heavenly parking lot. Sun Bath on the Massive front Deck with breath taking views of the Heavenly Slopes. One of a kind location with forest service land on the right, behind and across the street. Absolutely a prime setting for your Tahoe get-away. Enjoy the private hot tub deck after a long day of skiing or summer time hiking and biking. Includes 5 bedrooms plus extra bonus room that has a queen size bed and 3 full bathrooms in this amazing retreat.
