No complaints. Loved the property. We will rent it again when we return to Tahoe next September for sure. Very good deal for the price. The owner was very easy to work with & very flexible!

best place
Great place to stay for large groups. It has everything you need for short to long stays. Hot tub is a plus. Close to grocery stores. 5 min from lake, 10 min from Casinos. I would only recommend car pooling as parking is limited to 7 vehicles if you're going with a larger group.

good owner to deal with
Mike was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay at the Ponderosa house. The cabin was huge and great for accommodating our large group. There were a few technical issues with the hot tub, however, Mike was able to fix everything within a timely manner. I would recommend this cabin to other large groups.

Large home with every thing you need for an extended family get together or retreat
There is a queen size bed in every room with one room having 2 queen size beds there are 3 futon in 3 of the bedrooms in addition to the beds
