Great Base for Exploring and Place to Relax

My college-age son and I stayed four nights in Willow Springs "Joy" this past weekend (August 2017). Judy's home was perfect for us. We used it as a base for some exploring from the Red Hills Area of Ecological Concern to Pinecrest Lake and over Sonora Pass to Mono Lake and back via Tioga Pass and Yosemite. We hiked at each location including Tuolomne Meadows in Yosemite; the scenery was spectacular. We also took time to relax. I enjoyed coffee and a book on the deck each morning; I finished one book and am over half way through a second (reading time is a rarity for me of late). My son enjoyed the excellent internet access. Willow Springs "Joy" is immaculate and well appointed, has lots of room, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were a plus. Thank you, Judy, for sharing your home with us. Karen

Wonderful place to stay

Great house - welcoming owner. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to vacation in the area. It's a bit of a drive to Yosemite - which where we wanted to visit during our stay - but its a really fantastic drive with winding roads, so if you enjoy driving along steep mountainous terrain, then its a bonus.
