“Sweet dreams and sweet all the rest! “
“Sweet Dreams is everything you could possibly wish for in a B&B. It is a gorgeous house in a safe and quiet neighborhood yet close to many of LA’s main tourist attractions. Amy and Shay are wonderful people and great hosts and we felt immediately at home. Shay picked us up from the airport, drove us the following day to get Sim cards and to pick up our rental car. He went out of his way to help us out with all we needed. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and there are all the amenities you may need : air conditioning, free wifi, fridge, hot water, tv, microwave, towels, there was even a bottle of wine in the fridge and other surprises. There is a washer and dryer available too. Breakfast was delicious and we met great guests and it all felt like a home away from home. Oh – there is of course the beautiful patio, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Coming back here on our next visit in LA is a no-brainer.â€

We had a wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay @ Sweet Dreams BnB with lovely hosts Amy and Shay! The breakfast was delicious and the rooms are beautiful decorated, clean and cosey. Love it! It is perfectly located for sightseeing LA and there are many restaurants for dinner at walking distance. Highly recommended to stay with Amy and Shay and we hope to be with them again in future!

Amazing B&B so close to home
Amazing B&B so close to home, our room had every possible amenity and a private bathroom with a great Jacuzzi tub; the bed is very comfortable and the breakfasts are delicious an plentiful. This B&B is close to a lot of great restaurants and to the shopping areas as well; Amy and Shay are great and we enjoyed their company very much, we arrived as guests and left as friends! Last but not least they have a beautiful backyard with pool and hot tub that makes this place a not to be missed when in the area. – Alma

Suite I: Suite I is a first-floor guest room that offers a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, cable, complimentary WIFI and Jacuzzi tub/shower. Enjoy from the comfortable couch, writing table and the outside sitting area with a delicious cup of coffee.
Suite II: This beautiful second floor room is located in the quietest corner of Sweet Dreams Bed and Breakfast. The queen sized bed, high ceilings, large private bathroom with jacuzzi tub/shower, complimentary Wifi, and flat-screen TV provides an elite experience for your vacation getaway. Enjoy the sunset with a delicious cup of coffee from your private balcony!
Suite III:This very pretty second floor room at our bed and breakfast includes a queen sized bed, private bathroom with shower, a comfy chair, complimentary Wifi, and a flat-screen TV.
We have a beautiful and large backyard with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, lounge area, covered patio with plenty of seating, and a BBQ. We provide fresh linens and towels upon arrival. A delicious home cooked breakfast is included with your stay as well as complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea and snacks in your room!
About The Area
We are located in the quiet neighborhood of Sherman Oaks, but walking distance to the main boulevard were you will find plenty of restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Sweet Dreams BnB is centrally located near 2 main freeways, and we have easy access to get to the many wonderful sites you would like to see in the Los Angeles area.
For nature lovers we have many hiking trails close to our home so you can enjoy the beautiful views of Los Angeles. Only a few exits away we have some of the most popular places to visit including the Hollywood sign, Sunset Boulevard, Getty Center, and the beachs.
When you come home from your busy day, your welcome to relax in our Jacuzzi in our backyard.
