Every room has been updated. There is a chef’s kitchen with granite countertops, 5 burner cooktop, breakfast room, convection oven.
Enjoy the views of the mountains and the valley, and the waterfall from the master bedroom. Newly renovated en-suite bath boast a skylight and shower with room for two.
Living room has 55” wide screen with HD for sports or movies. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized brass bed. Relax in the library/office when not out and about, complete with Wi-Fi. This room has a sleeper sofa that will become a double bed with an air mattress.
Enjoy the wildlife when not out enjoying all L.A. has to offer. Put peanuts out in the morning, and you can watch the Blue Jays come for their “breakfast” each morning from the kitchen window while having your coffee. See squirrels play and the Goldfinches and other birds and hummingbirds feed from the tree in the back. Occasionally,even spot a one of the local deer that live in the hills, come up to drink from the waterfall. Or, you can just sit on the patio enjoying the serenity of the waterfall and canyon and valley views.
There is a washing machine and clothes dryer in the garage available for use, as well as a gas barbecue on the patio. The house has Wi-Fi and Direct TV, so you can stay connected, or watch a movie.
