Clean and quiet, tasteful decor, perfect for 2 people. I do wish there were shades in the bedroom, however. Highly recommend! and reasonably priced.

Great Place to Stay Near Monterey
Wonderful stay in a residential neighborhood in Seaside, California. A short drive to Monterey or Carmel. Very comfortable guest house. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Private, Cozy, great location
Very clean, nicely appointed property. Kitchen, though smallish, was easily navigable for two adults. Full-size refrigerator and washer/dryer were bonuses. Comfortable and enjoyable overall. We'd definitely rent this cute place again.

Stay in a cozy beach style guest house located on private property. Guest house is very secluded. Sits far back off the street with parking right out your door.
One Bedroom upstairs with queen size bed, there is soft carpet on the bedroom floor so little ones can sleep on the floor in sleeping bags or on thick mats. We have comfy down pillows and down duvet bed cover. We do have a Pack/n/Play if needed. There Is lots of blankets for the pull out couch down stairs.
Patio deck with outdoor furniture, BBQ’r on deck. There is Wireless Network but no phone. Laundry room has detergent, iron and ironing board. Bathroom has a tub with shower and lots of soft towels, shampoo, bar soap and hair dryer. Kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, spices, oil, and coffee, so you don’t need to pack any.
We are a mile and a half to the bike and walking trail, you can ride or walk all around the Monterey Bay. Bus stop is close by and will take you to down town Monterey where you can catch a trolley to Cannery Row. The IMAX theater and the Aquarium is on Cannery Row and it's 8 miles by car. You can see the ocean from the upstairs bedroom but it’s still a mile and half walk to the beach. Walk the beach to the Monterey wharf, it’s beautiful. We do have a few bikes if you can’t bring yours.
Laguna Seca Raceway and the Monterey Fairgrounds is just a few miles away. We have wonderful golf courses near by, Bayonet Black Horse; Monterey Pines and Laguna Seca Golf Ranch.
Safeway, Walgreens, Chili's, and a few good restaurants are close by so you don't need to drive
into Monterey or Carmel.
