We had a great time in a Great Location!
We came from the East Coast to escape the winter for a week and could not be happier with our choice of rentals. The location was excellent! We quickly learned that parking in Santa Monica is like New York and not easy, so we were very happy we had our own private garage to park the car. We parked the car and didn’t move it the whole time we were there, so the rental car was a waste of money. We walked or used the provided bikes to go everywhere. Everything you need is right there within a few blocks. The home was spacious, very comfortable and clean and everything we needed was provided, so we have no complaints about that. We had a great time and wish we were back there because it’s snowing and freezing here! Ha-ha.

FANTASTIC location, owner, amenities
This was fantastic location. The Townhome was furnished very nice. The linens on the beds were very nice. The location was amazing. Walking distance to everything, few blocks from the beach and everything, short walk to lovely, great places to eat. I can't say enough about the owner, ! A great person and very helpful. I would recommend this very highly!!

We had a great experience
This is the 2nd time we stayed in this townhouse. Definitely a great location!! We had a great experience again in this home. everything and more then we could have asked for, host is super kind. There was plenty of space and everyone had a great time. We also love being able to shop at the stores 2 blocks across the street and then cook at home. Thanks for another great 2 months vacation.

We are a professional couple in our 40's from Calgary, Alberta. We've visited LA and stayed at hotels a few times, playing the typical tourist role. However, as this was to be a longer stay in the city for us, we were looking to live like Californians in Santa Monica beach. Staying at this Townhouse was truly a genuine experience.
