The Space
Nestled between Santa Monica and Venice, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is both amazingly located and super comfortable. Enjoy watching movies, playing X-Box, pole dancing (yes, we have a fitness pole) or barbecuing in our pretty backyard. A bike or two is available for free if you want it for easy access to the beach!
Our wonderful neighborhood is a 5 minute drive from the beach and blocks away from the cute Rose district, which is great for shopping/eating. This is a residential neighborhood with many beautiful parks and houses nearby. Great for walking and viewing pretty homes. Abbot Kinney and Rose avenue are walking (15 mins) or biking (10 mins) distance if you're looking for restaurants and bars. The beach is just a little further, perfect for watching sunsets and the Venice boardwalk nuttiness! There's easy access to 10, 405 and 90 freeways. Its easy to get inexpensive rides to Venice/Culver City and Santa Monica using a service such as Lyft or Uber.
