You’ll find your own idea of a Santa Barbara getaway close by.This newly renovated apartment is connected to your own secluded garden and the comfortable and charming apartment will accommodate up to four and features a spacious living room with a queen size sofa bed, bedroom, and large bathroom. Your privacy is guaranteed with your own secure entrance. The bedroom opens onto the garden, has a queen size bed and your choice of down or fiber filled pillows. The bathroom has double sinks and is outfitted with a large shower with seating. The living room is tastefully furnished to ensure your comfort.

The property is located in the sweet spot of Santa Barbara; a short distance in the foothills above the historic Mission. You’ll be able to enjoy the calm of the neighborhood while being only a few miles from the many happenings of Santa Barbara life. In a few minutes by car, you’ll be in downtown, where you can eat, shop, visit a museum, or catch a movie or live performance. A little further and you’ll find yourself at the beach where you can swim, sunbath, or take in the sunset. If you’re here over the weekend, be sure to visit the local Arts and Crafts show along the beach. There are lots of wonderful local non-chain eateries including: a bakery called "Our Daily Bread" where you can get a cappuccino, an almond croissant, breakfast burrito or fresh squeezed juices. There are also Sushi/Japanese, Mexican, Indian, Thai, Korean and Italian restaurants. In addition Trader Joes, Cottage Hospital and the historic Santa Barbara Mission are also close by.

We know you will enjoy our beloved abode as much as we do, but we do ask you to follow a few rules. This is a non smoking property both inside the apartment and in the garden. Treat this special place as if it were your home. This is a residential neighborhood so act accordingly. Also no loud music after 10PM please. This is a nice quite family area and not a party house.
The space is designed for a maximum of two people at any time. We respectfully ask that if you stay with us Friday, Saturday or on Holidays that you stay for 2+ days. However we will try and accommodate a last minute request for one night if we are not already booked.
Wi-Fi is available. We love pets but unfortunately do not accept them in the rental.
Check in time is 3PM and check out time is 11AM
