Perfect Santa Barbara nook
As someone who owns and rents out three properties myself, I can only say that Tim and Tammy have done this RIGHT! In fact, I have every intention of stealing some of their ideas! (Love the wire drawer racks in the closet!!!!).... Now let's get real... this is NOT a million dollar estate. And they don't pretend that it is. But if you want a perfectly appointed, cute, small space to relax and enjoy Santa Barbara this is absolutely perfect. More spacious than a standard hotel room...way more personality, convenience, privacy and class. I work in Santa Barbara regularly, and I can tell you, this will be the place I look before bothering with some overpriced, noisy, smelly Ramada or other "famous" hotel brand. By the way, the bed was INSANELY comfortable. Just saying.... Bottom line? STAY HERE. That is, except when I want to. :)

Lovely and clean cottage with attentive hosts
I had a great stay at the cottage - the space is very enjoyable and clean. The cottage is separate from the house and allows for privacy. The view from the cottage is lovely, and the street where it is located is very quiet. The cottage has a well-equipped little kitchen area, and other amenities like internet, house cleaning service, etc. The hosts are super kind and thoughtful. Would definitely rent again if in the area, and recommend it to others.

Very private and quiet!
My husband and I drove down from San Francisco for the weekend to attend a wedding. We wished we would have had more time to stay longer and do our own thing! This cottage is clean, modern and cozy. There were plenty of fresh towels and even beach towels and camp chairs for hitting the beach! The location is right downtown but it's super private with a quiet residential neighborhood feel. Next time, we will definitely stay longer!
