Approx.: 5 miles to Disneyland & Anaheim Conv., 5 miles to Little Saigon/Bolsa, 3 miles to Honda Center & Angels Stadium, 2 miles to Discovery Science Center, 1 mile to The Outlet at Orange (many outlets, restaurants and 30 AMC theater), close to beaches. Close to freeways, you can hop on and will be on your way to: Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Universal Studio (Wizarding World of Harry Potter), San Diego.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $350. The deposit amount may change before you book the home.
Additional Rules
Clean slippers are permitted inside the hardwood floors but please remove shoes upon entry.
Checkout Policy
We hope you have enjoyed your stay at our home. Please note that checkout time is at
11:00 am on the designated date of checkout.
Before you leave, we just ask a couple of favors to help our housekeeper prepare for our next guests.
TRASH
• Please discard any opened food items from the refrigerator.
• Please remove all trash from countertops and/or tables.
• Please take all trash, including bathroom trash bags, out to the trash cans to the backyard.
DISHES
• Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle.
BEDDINGS & TOWELS
• Please remove all sheets and pillowcases of the beds that were used and put it on the floor next the beds. PLEASE DO NOT removes the mattress covers.
• Please put all used towels inside the washing machine.
THERMOSTAT & LIGHTS
• Please turn the heat down to in the winter, and please turn the A-C up to in the summer.
• Please turn off all lights or other electronics.
KEYS AND DOORS
• Please lock all doors.
• Place the keys back inside the lockbox.
If you choose, we’d also appreciate an entry in our guestbook. We love to hear from all our past guests.
