Nice view and very private
If you like HOLLYWOOD GLAM............this is your place! Nice view and very private...............good for technically minded people, as all light switches, shower controls, etc. are high tech. Bring some reading material with you --- there's nothing provided --- and if you don't enjoy using plastic dishes, I'm afraid you are out of luck.........:-)

Steve was highly responsive
The appartment is very spacious and the two large bathrooms are luxus for two. Both perfectly clean. As long as the neighbours stay calm (and steve offers to make sure about) it s very quiet. The drive to San Franciscos best areas might take up to 1h if there is traffic and in our opinion SF is the place to go for tourists, even it s a bit far. There is not so much else in the area of the appartment. Steve was highly responsive, easy to communicate with and interested in a good stay (even he was in hospital!). Some small maintenance could be done in the appartment, we informed Steve about (no big issues at all) and I m sure he will take care asap.

Spectacular and private views from all windows. Through Iron & Glass doors to the Entry area with Fridge, Microwave, Keurig coffee machine & Toaster (There is no kitchen). Master Suite has a Sofa & Chair, Window Bench Seating, 2 Bar Stools & Bar Table so 4 Guests can socialize. Also a 55" TV with TiVo, Chromecast, Amazon Prime & Walk-In Closet. Both Suites have Fireplaces, memory foam beds & hotel quality bedding. Sorry, we cannot accept Children under 12.

These Two Suites are around 900 Sq ft and all the interior space shown in the photos is totally private from the rest of the home. We feature Luxury Hotel Quality bedding that is hypo-allergenic and 100% extra-fine weave microfiber for breathability and comfort. If you need a Desk and Chair there is one in the walk in closet. We can substitute the Bar Chairs & Table with the Desk if you prefer. Plenty of Closet space, Luggage Racks in both closets and very fast WiFi.
There is a private outdoor patio with Bistro table & 4 chairs for a morning coffee / twilight wine with views of palms, olive and banana trees.
Shared Space : Feel free to hang out on our 2,000 sq ft deck with views and serenity. We have a Fire Pit, Hammocks and patio lounge furniture. Relax with a game of Ping Pong - I am always up for a challenge!

We are just 2 miles from the N San Pedro freeway exit. We are half a mile from China Camp State Park beaches, hiking trails, and mountain biking.
The Sonoma Wine region is 30 minutes and Napa is a further 20 minutes. The San Francisco Golden Gate bridge is 15 miles & 18 minutes south of us. A 30 minute ride on the high-speed ferry from Larkspur Landing (10 minutes away) and you can enjoy San Francisco without worrying about parking. There are ocean beaches in Marin and San Francisco 20-30 minutes from us.
Markets ~ 7-Eleven is a mile away and Santa Venetia market is 2 miles. Safeways is one exit north at 3 miles. There is Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Nugget and Sprouts Farmers Market within 10 minutes.
Restaurants ~ Le Chalet Basque is walking distance and at 2 miles you have Bogie's Cafe for breakfast and Subway. At 2.5 miles there is Ristorante La Toscana, an upscale Italian and Gaspare's Pizzeria is excellent too. Taqueria Hacienda serves casual Mexican. 3 miles away is Chipotle Mexican Grill, BJ's Brewhouse, Applebee's, Panda Express, Tomatina, Panera Bread and Roadside BBQ. These are at the Northgate Mall and there is casual fast food available also.
Every Thursday and Sunday morning there is a Farmers Market (3rd biggest in California). It's behind the County building with the blue roof. Turn right at the traffic light just before the freeway and then left to drive under the County building.
There is a bus a few hundred yards from our home but a car is recommended.
We have a Kuerig coffee machine with pods, creamers and Splenda / Stevia. A bottle of CA Cabernet or Zinfandel awaits.
We are happy to accept 1 Night reservations if your booking is immediately before or after an existing reservation and does not create another 1 Night ONLY situation. Confusing? Yes, but please email if you are interested in booking one night...
