This property is located near 101 freeway and 280 freeways which take you to just about anywhere in the South Bay. Freeway 101 takes you straight to the San Jose International Airport in just about 10 minutes, and Downtown with all its business, entertainment, and eating venues is right off 87.
Located in a cul-de-sac with only a few houses, you will enjoy that privacy and safety you need but rarely have in a large metropolis such as San Jose.
The house has 5 bedrooms, master has a king bed with memory foam mattress and a queen sofabed, 2 others have queens and pull out twin trundles, the other two rooms have a twin and full bunk beds and a pull out twins for those large groups. In all, there are 12 beds so no one has to fight for a bed. For more occupants, you can request us to furnish you with inflatable beds if such a need arise.
The Master is tastefully designed with color coordinates and cherry wood furniture. It has its own bathroom with toilet and shower separated from the bedroom itself, convenient for that busy couple in the morning. This room also has a queen sofa bed and a laptop so you can check emails or type that last minute report.
The house is designed with the open space plan, therefore, the living room dining room kitchen and family room are all flowed to each other, making it perfect for a party setting.
The living room has a high quality Italian leather sectional sofa and another super comfy sofa with recliners and vibrator. 12 people can sit and watch the ultra high definition TV on the wall (see photo)
For that outside BBQ there is a 18x16 covered patio so you can enjoy that outdoors cook-out rain or shine. There is also well designed private 10 x 10 wood deck in the front yard with table and chairs for that tea session in the morning or that leisure glass of wine in the evening.
And of course, it does come with all modern comforts such as central air central heat, Cable and Wifi, Hi Definition tvs and other electronic equipment. There is a 60 inch HDTV in the living room, a 50in in the family room, a 48 in in the master and a 36 in in another room
Within walking distance, there is a multitude of shops and services
Within a mile or two you will find the convenience of a large shopping mall ( Eastridge) an Asian shopping center with more than 40 restaurants of many ethnic flavors from Japanese, Vietnamese to Indian. And of course there are Walmart, Walgreen, Lucky Supermarket, Sushi bar, banks and other business and entertainment venues.
