House Sleeps6Bedrooms2Bathrooms1Minimum Stay30 nightsOur property is a recently renovated 2 bedroom flat in Telegraph Hill/North Beach area. It's located at a quiet cul-de-sac on top of the Vallejo Steps and is just 1.5 blocks away from the heart of North Beach.
North Beach is full of wonderful cafes and restaurants. It's a 15-minute walk to the financial district and a 5-minute walk to Coit Tower. It's a 10-minute bus ride or a 20-minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf, and the same to Union Square. Chinatown is just 3 blocks away. The location could not be any better for someone new to SF.
Our neighbor, Dennis, is the "Mayor" of the Vallejo Steps. He and his dog, Abby, will be happy to answer any questions you may have about pretty much anything SF related.
The cul-de-sac in front of our building has great view of downtown SF Financial District, water and the Bay Bridge and is a common route for visitors walking the city. There is also a wonderful and well maintained garden on the Vallejo Steps.
The famous Telegraph Hill parrots visit our apartment around 3-4pm in the afternoon every day. You won't miss them because you will hear them first! We provide enough birdseed to get you going; they will eat out of your hand!
The living room and 2nd bedroom have great view of the Financial District
The Living room has a new Full futon sofa that can comfortably accommodate 2 people if you have visitors
The bedroom has a queen platform bed and a blackout curtain.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The room itself is small but cozy.
The bathroom has a rain shower head and good water pressure.
The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook gourmet meals if you are not in the mood to explore all the wonderful restaurants that North Beach has to offer.
All bedding and towels provided for every person / bed and then some.
The apartment has a brand new LG washer and dryer that are shared with 2 other apts in the building behind (we own both) Quite easy to manage.
There are 2 TVs, with Directv enhanced packages (HBO, etc.). We can upgrade the package for you at your request should you want a sports package like Sunday Ticket or something similar (you pay the difference).
50Mb/s cable modem with wifi.
