Joseph was responsive, kind, and welcoming from the moment I inquired about his place until the time I left. His place is in the perfect location. It's quite close to BART, and easy walking distance to most attractions in the metro SF area. Access to the place is simple and set up so that there's complete flexibility, something I found very helpful. His basement apartment is cozy and has all the amenities one would need....good wifi, fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances, cookware, dishes, and cutlery. A nice spacious bathroom with all one would need. HD TV with excellent cable, although with all that there is to do in the Bay Area, I doubt you would want to be stuck in front of the tv. I would highly recommend Joseph's place is you plan on visiting SF.

This sweet quiet space is just half a block from Valencia street and 2 blocks from Bart. This is a nice fully furnished apartment on the bottom floor of an apartment building. It gets some natural light from a light well, and we have filled it with a full spectrum lights. The bedroom has a queen size bed with memory foam mattress. Full kitchen. Seating area with flat screen TV and Cable TV. we provide all amenities.
