So, this studio was exactly what we needed for a 16 hour stay. Very convenient location - Belsen Place is also the 'international food court' - and there were multiple restaurants offering happy hour, right outside the building. The building.. well it is very old, "vintage" as some would say. We didn't mind, it felt more real, than a fancy hotel. The residents of the building were all pretty nice and helpful - the elevator was an experience. The room was ok, could use some love. The shower could be updated, and we giggled at the linoleum on top of linoleum. We arrived in the evening and drove south the next morning so we weren't in the unit very long. The road noise didn't bother us, the sound machine was perfect. Thank you for the stay!

Cozy Studio Apartment
Stayed in 11 Belden Place for 9 days. The building is indeed old but its location is in the financial district which is very convenient. I was able to visit most of the attractions (Union Square, Fisherman Wharf, AT&T Park etc) as they are within walking distances. The host showed superb hospitality by responding to my enquireis on time as well as offering to change the bedsheet in the apartment since we stayed for 9 days. Even though the pricing might be comparative to some of the hotel prices, I personally found it reasonable considering that all the facilities we need are located within the building. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for me. I will recommend this place to anyone who has intention to visit San Francisco for a long duration.
