It is completely furnished and has air-conditioning in the living room. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, laminate floors throughout. There are 2 assigned parking places (one is covered ) and street parking is available. Rent includes all utilities including cable, high speed internet, gas & electric, water/sewer, trash & access to all amenities, including pool, spa, and community grills.
The BR are furnished with Queen sized beds, a King in the master. All linens and towels are provided. Also, once monthly cleaning service is included. Each BR has a TV, and there is a 55" flat screen in the living room.
Absolutely no smoking inside or out. Pets will be considered.
Easy access to all of San Diego - right near the I-15 and I-8. Minutes away from Serra Mesa and Mission Village business parks. You could be in Rancho Bernardo or the beach in 15 minutes. Mission Valley is 5-10 minutes away.
