This was a fabulous house. We had 10 of us stay here. There was plenty of room to spread out and plenty of beds. It was in the perfect spot to go to the beach or the bay. The house was clean and updated. We absolutely loved it. Anytime we go back to San Diego we plan to stay at this house. They had bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels so we didn't have to worry about bringing any of that. We highly recommend this house to anyone.

Comfortable, spacious and easy to access
We would come back and stay here again. That should say it all. There is plenty of room, even for a large group or more than one family. It is a short walk to the beach and the bay. I recommend that you bring groceries with you if you plan to eat in. The small stores in the immediate area are pretty pricey and have a limited selection of perishable items.

Beautiful location, beautiful property
This was the PERFECT house I could've asked for! For starters, the check-in process was so easy and Tara was so accommodating! It has a very convenient two-car garage right below the property and it wasn't too hard to find parking for the other cars. The house was so spacious and beautiful. There was 16 of us staying there total, and we all had a place to sleep! (We did bring one air mattress that fit perfectly in the very spacious living room) The view from the balcony was so beautiful, it overlooked the small little neighborhood and the beach! The house is located by Lifeguard station 10, which is only a little bit away from the carnival area (Lifeguard stand 15) and it is just a short walk anywhere to eat! There is a lot of really amazing food places located by the area and they are all easy to get to by walking. I barely even touched my car the entire time I was there. (Uber is also a good option!) As a result of so many of us staying there, I was a little worried that we would all be on top of each other in the morning when eating breakfast or getting ready. That was not a problem at all! The kitchen is HUGE and we all made use of every bit of it! It is an ideal property if you wish to stay with a big group of people because it is more of a team-work type area rather than trying to compete for space. The place itself is nice too because I was worried that since there were so many of us, there would be a lot of noise, but you couldn't even really hear much throughout the place! If I ever find myself back in the San Diego area, I would not hesitate to come back to this place one bit! Tara was so sweet and accommodating throughout our stay and it didn't feel like we were renting at all, it felt like our home! Some renters hover over you and constantly check up on you, but I never had to worry about Tara being overbearing at all. She was just one phone call away! Thank you for an amazing stay on our dream property. This was one of the best vacations I've ever been on and definitely the most beautiful property I've ever stayed on. We will be back!

Spacious and airy 3rd floor penthouse apartment in quiet South Mission Beach neighborhood, completely renovated. This apartment occupies the entire third floor of the building, and is located in one of the most sought-after locations in the beach area. It features large balconies off every room with great views of the bay and ocean. Bright, airy, open floorplan combining living, dining and kitchen. This is an amazing 4-bedroom, 2 full bath property, 2500 square foot vacation rental. The large master bedroom has a walk-in closet, deep-set bathtub, and private balcony. Two of the other bedrooms also feature private balconies. Large side by side 2-car garage.
