Minimum StayPerfect Beachfront Home for a Family Gathering
We absolutely loved this home. It's in a perfect location on Mission Beach -- close enough to walk to Belmont, shops, etc. but far enough down the beach that it's not mobbed with people. The house is extremely spacious and well-furnished, and the kids loved running back and forth between the ocean and the hot tub. The property manager, Justin, was very attentive to all of our needs and even reached out in advance to see if we needed any special furniture to accommodate our youngest guest (an eight-month-old) and had a highchair and pack 'n play waiting for us when we arrived. We will definitely return to this house for our next family gathering in San Diego.

Exceptional Property
My family has stayed at various beachfront properties in Mission Beach over our annual family vacations This property was superior to any others in that it is in exceptional condition, large living spaces and great sleeping accommodations. In addition, all amenities actually work ie: hot tub, bbq grill kitchen components which is not normally the case. Our walk thru was well done and would highly recommend staying here, we will be back!

Beautiful Home…Great Location
Wonderful home with all the amenities. Best location in Mission Beach. Stayed for a recent family vacation and the home could not have been more perfect for our needs. The bedrooms, kitchen and common areas are spacious and well appointed. Large bedrooms with private bath for each, gourmet kitchen, fabulous bar area, excellent outdoor space with great views. The home has everything you would need; bicycles, surfboards, hot tub, BBQ, games, beach toys, etc. Plenty of parking with easy access. Great location near all major attractions, close to restaurants and directly on the beach/boardwalk. The property manager Justin was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Could not have been a more perfect week at this beautiful property.

The dining area, also looking out to the beach, offers seating for 6. The huge gourmet kitchen includes marble counter tops, high end stainless steel appliances, large island with seating for 10.
The Master Suite is furnished with a luxurious King size bed overlooking the Pacific Ocean, a flat screen TV, and feature a private oceanfront terrace and a seating area to relax and watch the waves crash. The elegant, marble clad, en suite bathroom offers a soaking tub, spacious double shower, and vanity. There is also walk in closets for him and her.
The Second Bedroom features a King size bed, flat screen tv, and en suite bathroom. The Third Bedroom is furnished with a grand four poster, King size bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The Fourth bedroom includes colorful decor and comfortable King size bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. The fifth bedroom, a private one bedroom apartment, offers a King sized bed, a flat screen TV, a family room with a sofa and chairs that connect to form a sleeping area for two, a flat screen TV, a full kitchen, and access to street.In addition to each bedroom's en suite bathroom, the home offers two additional full bathrooms downstairs and an additional kitchen area on the second floor. Conversation area with large flat screen TV is in the hallway near the upstairs bedrooms, with brown leather furniture and tropical mural. For added convenience, this home also boasts 2 laundry areas, an outdoor shower, and a 2 car garage and 4 additional parking spaces.
