The space
Located in the heart of the Mission Valley/Hotel Circle district this modern top floor studio with vaulted ceilings offers an ideal location for both business travel and for just getting away from it all. Enjoy the great views from the balcony overlooking the valley and the pool after a long day.
Within minutes of the Airport, UCSd and downtown, this conveniently located studio is just minutes from the best beaches, countless shopping, dining and entertainment options that San Diego has to offer.
Mission Bay Beach is only 2 Miles away —so not only do you have the perks of a swanky resort-style setting with a pool, fitness center, and other amenities, you also have an awesome beach nearby!
You’ll also have a parking spot at the complex ready and waiting for you at no extra charge.
The lush surroundings and water features for this apartment complex make you feel like you’re staying at a resort, but with more personality! You have FREE access to all amenities, including a pool (kids love it), hot tub, fitness center, Tennis Courts, a BBQ area, and game room. The complex’s landscaped grounds are a beautiful setting for a stroll.
Because the apartment itself is my personal place—with its resort setting, I use it as my “staycation” retreat!—I take great care of it and fuss over all the details. The kitchen is fully functional with dishware and cooking utensils so you can eat in and save a little money. The bathroom has plush towels and personal care items. Linens are provided, as well. There’s also washer and dryer in the complex for you to use!
The space is cozy and open, penthouse with cathedral ceilings and a great view from the balcony, washed in natural light, and great for families, with plush queen-sized bed and a pull-out couch. The whole family will crash into a deep, restful sleep after a long day sightseeing, hanging by the pool, relaxing at the beach or out and about shopping.
Couples really enjoy it here, too. You can spend the day lounging at the pool or ride bikes to the beach, then come home and make dinner together. Or put on your Date Night outfits and head for downtown San Diego.
I’m happy to give personal suggestions and travel advice to make your trip wonderful. If you’re interested in a sailing trip while you’re in town, please let me know! My friends own a sailboat and might be available to take you on a pleasure cruise for much, much less than what the companies in the area charge.
