We had a great time location was great! Place was nice, it was a great studio apartment not sure I would put more than 2 people in it! But for 2 perfect! We had a little bit of a fly issue, but I think it's the time of year, overall very clean and nice accommodations

Perfect place to stay near the beach
Clean and cozy studio with modern amenities. Extremely close to the beach and all it's beauty. Had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Perfect Beach Getaway
My friend and I booked the condo for a girls trip! We had the best time! We couldn't believe the view! Literally steps from the beach! The location is perfect and is walking distance of so much! We couldn't have hoped for a better stay. The owner was very accommodating and booking was a breeze! Cant wait to go back!

This Ocean Front Condo is 10 steps from the sand and a short walk to Belmont Park where you can enjoy the carnival atmosphere and restaurants. Sliding glass doors open to the ocean view and breeze. Rent Boogie Boards to ride the waves, bicycles to ride along the beach or enjoy the outdoor bar and grill at Wavehouse or the great food and atmosphere at Draft. This studio sleeps four with a fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, Wifi, Cable TV, DVD, Bose Sound System with Aux Input and Steam Room Shower. This Condo is located minutes away from Downtown San Diego Gas Lamp District, Sea World and Balboa Park.
