It's a house built 100 years ago, that's already pretty unique. It's newly remodeled, so it's really pretty. It's small, so everything is functional to fit up to 7 adults. The location is one of the main advantages near the 2 major freeways.
The main room has a queen size new memory foam matress to accomodate 2 adults
The second room has a full size very confortable futon to accomodate 2 adults and a ottoman feet rest that converts into a twin size bed to accomodate a total if 3 adults in the room
The living room has a full size very comfortable love seat futon that accomodate 2 adults
