This house was perfect for my wife and I and three teenagers. Plenty of room to spread out, about a 60 second walk to the beach, full of beach supplies so you don’t have to bring your own, and all of the comforts of home. I’m hoping to go again next year!

This place is in a great location. The beach is a few yards away, SeaWorld is 2 miles, and Downtown is 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. The garage is fine, a bit small, but if you back your vehicle in, it will fit. I have a Ford Expedition with ski racks and I parked inside the garage. This place has an A/C and fireplace. TV's in every room. Bathrooms/showers are clean. It's a quiet place, a great place for families with kids. If you are looking for a place to party til late night, early morning, then find another place, this place is for families with kids.

*Duplex-style home*Respect our home and neighbors. No Parties, Loud noise, loud music or smoking. Violation will result in eviction. No early or late check in.
STAIRS TO SECOND LEVEL BEDROOMS. TIGHT SQUEEZE TO GET IN PRIVATE GARAGE. IT IS NOT A 5 STAR RESORT BUT IT IS OUR HOME. SHORT STEPS TO THE BEACH. Not suitable for Bachelor(ette) parties. Our home is just a few yards from the famous San Diego boardwalk that runs along the Pacific Ocean.
House Rules
-Please be respectful of our home and neighbors. Loud noise, music, or partying is strictly prohibited. There is also a no smoking rule. Anyone found to be in violation of these rules will be evicted.
-check in time is 3pm or later, check out time is 10am. We are firm with these times, penalties will apply if you are checking in or out outside of these times. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if our team has approved a late checkout in advance.
-If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $40 for every extra hour of cleaning required. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged $50. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11 am and 1 pm.
-Treat this home like it was your very own and please honor the eight-person maximum. Please remember this is a two-story unit of a duplex, WITH STAIRS GOING TO SECOND LEVEL BEDROOMS. ALSO, VERY TIGHT SQUEEZE TO GET INTO PRIVATE GARAGE.
-Street space is crowded and limited so please use the garage space to your advantage! It is located on the opposite side of our home, and can be driven to by turning right a street prior to Devon Ct. ((Note** Dimensions of the garage are as follows: Height 6'10'' Width 7'5'')) VERY HARD TO GET INTO.
-Make sure to keep the garage door shut at all times to ensure the safety of your vehicle and belongings.
-To preserve the peace and quiet that makes our neighborhood a relaxing place please note that it is unlawful to make loud, unnecessary or unusual noises that disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances via complaints from officials, neighbors or other guests may be subject to a fine or eviction.
