This is a very nice property. We had 5 guys in San Diego for a baseball weekend and found this unit more than satisfactory. We slept 5 and had plenty of space for each of us in our own bed. The property is very clean, location was fabulous. An easy walk to petco and many restaurants bars coffee shops. Marty made the check in very easy and was very responsive the the questions we had. Highly recommended.

Awesome house!
The house is huge with high ceilings! I loved the industrial design on the inside. Two huge showers and an extra bathroom. We enjoyed our visit so much! We were right in the heart of downtown so when we stepped outside we were there! I loved the combination lock on the door so we didn't need to bring a key with us. We had so much fun exploring the city everyday then in the evenings we relaxed on the super comfortable couch in the den. We even cooked and stayed in one night. The kitchen has everything you need. It was so nice going home with clean clothes thanks to the washer and drier provided. We loved our visit and would definitely rent this house again!

Excellent
As a family of 5 the space was plentiful, open, and creative. The lay out is well thought out providing plenty of seating in the kitchen. The kitchen was clean, clean, clean well stocked with plenty of coffee, cleaning supplies, bbq grill. There is fast wifi, a large flat screen with great sound bar and plenty of options for movies. The location is easy walking distance to PetCo stadium, Gaslamp, central location to get to highways, restaurants, bars and a 24hour fitness .6mi away. I would highly recommend this location.

This is a 3 story urban loft style house.. It is 2 bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths. Both bedrooms have a Cal King and the master Also has a comfy foldout eurolounger. There is a Queen size Murphy bed in the living room. All beds and linens of course are new. There is also a big comfy couch. There is an 80" TV and sound bar. A printer for the business people. It's impressive, you will love the artwork.
THIS CANNOT BE A PARTY HOUSE. THERE ARE FULL TIME NEIGHBORS ALL AROUND. THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE BUT THEY DONT WANT ANY NOISE OUT ON THE BALCONY AFTER 10:00 PM.
