LOCATION:
Casa de Corazon Unit-A .
Our location is two blocks south of Interstate 5 and one block north of a San Diego trolley stop.
We are walking distance to the Convention Center less than 1 mile (0.93); or the blue line Trolley station is located about a block 1/2 right down our street.
Petco Park, the Convention Center, the Gaslamp Quarter and the rest of scenic downtown San Diego are minutes away and accessible via walking, trolley, taxi, or a very short drive.
We are located on the eastern edge of the Gaslamp/downtown San Diego, near the Historic Chicano Park, surrounded by the warehouse district, residential, and the Mercado del Barrio shopping center.
Our neighborhood and street is an urban environment with all the various sights and sounds that it includes you would find in any City/downtown location; trolley and trains, local traffic, occasional ambulance and fire engines.
Cross the street to the Mercado del Barrio for your Grocery needs, restaurants, Brewery, Gym, Rent-A-Bike, etc. Right next-door is Ryan Brothers Coffee House.
FREE Secure Wi-Fi throughout the house, and extends throughout the property.

Parking:
We have a 1 car garage for your use at no cost, it will fit your standard 4 door sedan, mini-van, it won't fit any vehicle with roof racks, extended cab, suburban, or lifted trucks, or large extended van.
If you have more than 1 vehicle or one that will not fit our standard 1 car garage, plentiful free street parking at night and free public multi-level parking structure across the street for day time parking
INSIDE UNIT A:
Living room: 11'6" X 22'1/2"- Large sectional couch, desk, Couch/Futon-(Click-Clack bed full size sleeps 1-2) for extra seating/sleeping, 47 inch HDTV/Wi-Fi enabled & HDMI connections,and DVR, along with our expanded cable ,we are already signed into Netflix on all 5 smart HDTV's for your stay, just start watching !!
Kitchen: 12' 3" X 23'- Fully equipped large kitchen, with wall mounted 32 inch Flat screen HDTV/WiFi, Netflix is already signed in, just start watching , leather dining nook with leather chairs, expands to seat 8 and a counter height additional dining or game table, seats 4, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, plates, salad plates, bowels, glasses (8oz & 4 oz) plastic glasses for the deck outside. Pots, pans, cooking sheets, roaster, griddle, salad bowels, serving plates, platters and bowels, toaster, blender, strainers, salad spinner, etc etc, everything needed to cook, serve or BBQ a Family dinner.
Kitchen towels
We have an array of spices along with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil, tea's, sugar, creamers, coffee Flavorings, and hot chocolate. Baggies, tinfoil, plastic wrap etc
BEDROOMS:
King bedroom: 11' X 14- Cal-king with a luxury Stearns and Foster mattress; 32 inch Flat screen HDTV w/ Wi-Fi, (Netflix is already signed in for your stay), vanity with stool and mirror, night stand, chest of drawers, alarm clock, full size closet, cloths hangers, luggage stand, black-out shades and full length mirror.
Queen bedroom: 11' X 11' - Sealy mattress; vanity with stool and mirror, 28 inch Flat screen HDTV w/ Wi-Fi, (Netflix is already signed in for your stay), black-out shades, closet space, close hangers, night stands, chest of drawers, alarm clock, luggage stand and and full length mirror.
Our 3rd bedroom: 11' X 11'- 2 XL twin beds these are XL twins and are the same length as a king bed, for adult comfort, each with 'The Cloud' mattress, a 28 inch HDTV w/ Wi-Fi (Netflix is already signed in for your stay), vanity with stool and mirror, alarm clock, black-out shades, chest of drawers, and armoire, and full length mirror.
We provide clothes hangers in all 3 bedrooms, adult and child sizes.
Main Bathroom: 8' 6" X 8'- Full bathroom, spacious with sink, toilet, combination tub/shower. Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, laundry basket. Step stool for our little Guests, blow dryer and air freshener, disinfectant, etc..
Bathroom Starters for your stay: initial supply of travel size soap, shampoo, full size shower gel and toilet paper (1 on the holder and 1 under the sink) to get your stay started.
Bathroom 2: 5' X 8"- Full bathroom with shower. Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, blow dryer, air freshener, disinfectant, etc..

Full patio area & barbecue shone is for this Unit-A, (we supply the propane), patio table with umbrella, seats 6 (have additional outside chairs inside the closet in the Unit), outdoor heater (we supply the propane), and a FREE washer & dryer, laundry soap provided. All Units have an area with a private BBQ table & chairs- Upstairs Unit-B has a private deck off the living room and the Bungalow Unit-C has an area beside the Unit.

Inside the Unit, we have large beach towels, beach blanket, beach bag. In the garage there are beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards (adult & child sizes), portable coolers in different size, pail and shoves, and much more!

I meet each guest for check-in, to give a quick overview of where everything is located, how our customized key-less entry works, then I will always be available during your stay when needed.
A little over a block to the Trolley stop, or walk to the Convention Center, Petco Park, Gaslamp Quarter., Seaport Village etc..
Cross the street to the Mercado del Barrio, for your all you grocery needs, ( including alcohol) also a great place to eat inside (37,000sf grocery store w/ deli, bakery and more). Also in the Mercado is an Ice cream shop with great food, little Caesars pizza, Asia Wok, Iron Fist brewery and much more on the way ! Rental bike stations available in the Mercado as well. Right around the corner is:
Indoor go-kart racing company, K1 Speed 50,275-square-foot, on Main Street.
