My family and I (6 adults in all) enjoyed a lovely week in this comfortable, well-maintained home. Its proximity to various attractions, the beach and shopping made it a great choice. There is ample street parking in addition to the driveway. The owner, Jennie, is easily reachable and replies promptly to calls, texts and e-mails. I would definitely recommend this house for those considering a stay in San Diego-everything was as promised and more.

Absolutely Perfect!!
My family of 6 had the pleasure of staying at this property for several days to celebrate my daughter and now son-in-law's Cliffside wedding. The location was perfect, views were breathtaking, and the house itself was spacious, convenient, and spotlessly clean. Jennie was a dream to work with, answering my million and one questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a stay in the San Diego area.

Quite a rare find for family of 3
Jeannie was great to work with and was very accommodating. I whole heartedly recommend this amazing spacious historical home in a superb quiet residential neighborhood. The lovely kitchen and dining area were thoughtfully supplied with everything we needed and more. The master ensuite bedroom was extraordinary. Off street parking for our huge rental vehicle was quite handy, even though on-street parking was always available too. We would return in a heartbeat.

Historic Home, Lovely, with Sea View
Two couples and two adult children enjoyed this elegant home for a week over the Christmas holiday. The historic home is lovingly maintained, and well equipped for cooking and dining. The interior is architecturally interesting. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with comfortable furniture, not usual "rental unit" furniture. There are lovely windows providing great light and a beautiful view of the Pacific at Sunset Cliffs. The three full baths are spacious and modern. The property is only a short drive to a small plaza with a great grocery store (Jenson's) and a coffee shop, etc. You can take an enjoyable walk to Sunset Cliffs if you like a good walk. We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay.

Mediterranean Home With Ocean And Sunset Views In Quiet Neighborhood
Beautiful Mediterranean home. Major renovation recently completed. Top of the line kitchen: 48' Subzero refrigerator/freezer, Wolfe range, granite countertops. Cookware and utensils provided.
Large 2-story 'great room', perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Two large bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has a sunroom with daybed. Beautiful bathrooms, with marble and glass shower, heated marble floors. One bathroom upstairs has clawfoot tub. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout (except bathrooms). Ocean views from most of the house. Kitchen nook provides extra seating.
Two story great room with fireplace provides spacious area for relaxing, enjoying ocean view and sunsets.
High quality linens and mattresses (Stearns & Foster, fully encased in zippered, quiet, breathable protective covers that protect from allergens, etc.)
Large back yard mostly planted in draught-tolerant plants and mulched. Two tables and chairs available for outdoor eating.
