Casa de Corazon Unit B-upstairs Unit
Our location is two blocks south of Interstate 5 and one block north of a San Diego Trolley stop.
We are walking distance to the Convention Center less than 1 mile (0.93); or the blue line Trolley station is located about a block right down our street.
Petco Park, the Convention Center, the Gaslamp Quarter and the rest of scenic downtown San Diego are minutes away and accessible via walking, trolley, taxi, or a very short drive.
Cross the street to the Mercado del Barrio, for your grocery needs, also a great place to eat inside (37,000sf grocery store w/ deli, bakery and more). Also in the Mercado is an Ice cream shop with great food, little Caesars pizza, Asian Wok, Iron Fist brewery, Mariscos El Pulpo and much more on the way. Rental bike stations available in the Mercado as well. Right next-door is Ryan Brothers Coffee House.

Plentiful free street parking at night and free public multi-level parking structure across the street for day time parking..

Some available app's- Pandora, Facebook, YouTube, Hulu Plus, Twitter. Amazon and more for you to log into, along with expanded cable on all 4 Smart HDTV's. 15 foot custom made couch with 1 Full size bed & 1 XL-Twin, these are NOT pull outs, they are real beds custom fitted under the seat cushions for your comfort, seats 6+ no uncomfortable pull outs or airbeds!! Private deck off living-room
* FREE secure high speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, property, and on all 4 HDTV's.

King bedroom 17' X 11': King size bed with a Stearns & Foster mattress, vanity with stool and mirror, night stands, ceiling fan, closet, alarm clock, cloths hangers, luggage stand, black-out shades, 32 inch wall mounted flat screen HDTV with Wi-Fi built in, already signed into Netflix for your stay. Skylight with black-out shade that can be opened for natural light. -Wall mounted electronic fireplace with or without heat.
Queen bedroom 14' X 11.5': Queen bed Stearns & Foster mattress, vanity with stool and mirror, night stands, closet, cloths hangers, luggage stand, black-out shades, alarm clock, and and 32 inch wall mounted flat screen HDTV with Wi-Fi built in.( already signed into Netflix for your stay, along with expanded cable) Skylight with black-out shade that can be opened for natural light.Wall mounted electronic fireplace with or without heat.

Our Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven refrigerator w/ ice maker and frosted glasses, sink with filtered water, hand soap, dishes, plates, salad plates, bowels, glasses (8 oz & 4 oz) plastic glasses for the deck outside. Pots, pans, cooking sheets, salad bowels and serving plates, platters and bowels, toaster, blender, strainers, salad spinner, etc etc, everything needed for a family dinner, or BBQ.
We have an array of spices along with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil, tea's, sugar, creamers, Coffee Flavorings, and hot chocolate. Baggies, tinfoil, plastic wrap etc..

Beach towels, Beach blanket, chairs, adult and child boogie boards, pail & shovel, coolers with wheels and handle etc.... Come have fun !!!!

We are located on the eastern edge of the Gaslamp/Downtown San Diego, near the historic Chicano Park, surrounded by the warehouse district, residential, and the Mercado del Barrio shopping center with a 37,000sf grocery store with deli, butcher, bakery, fresh produce etc. and Cocina with pre-made authentic Hispanic food.

**The Google Map view, is old and way out of date, it does not show the New revitalization of Barrio Logan.
***Nearest Beach is 2.6 to the Tidelands and 3.94 miles across the Bridge to Coronado; the World famous Coronado Beach resort town, home of the Hotel Del Coronado..

Seaworld= 8.39 miles a10min drive
USS Midway= 2.10 miles 5-6min drive

This is our upstairs unit, completely separate Unit (no sharing) from the lower unit, with its own private entrance. The upstairs Unit has it's own private Balcony/ deck just off the living-room, with a great view of the City & Bay with a table and chairs, umbrella for outside dining and a BBQ (we supply the propane).
