Minimum StayPerfect location for Gaslamp
The place is very spacious. Two queens on opposite ends of the place with bathroom, kitchen and living area separating the two. It is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay in downtown San Diego. Even though we didnt cook, you have all the equipment other than food. Very clean. Bathroom has more than enough towels, soap, tissue paper, etc. Both TVs have amazon prime, netflix, and cable for entertainment. Check in/out was very simple. J.R. answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Everything is in walking distance. Perfect location for Gaslamp. There is only one concern for future guest. If you are a light sleeper, take the bed closer to the door. The night life, cars, etc can be heard through the window so bring earplugs if you must take the bed near the window. The bed near the door did not have this issue. A small sacrifice to make for being so close to the party.

Amazing and very pleasant!!
Place was really nice and very clean. Have no complaints. Parking was a block away and only $10 dollars a night. Communication was very easy and response was very quick. J. R. Was really helpful with my last day as my plan was not till 9PM by letting me check out late. Overall great location in gaslamb.

Location, Location, Location!
In the heart of the Gas Lamp District and about a 15 walk to the convention center makes this an ideal spot. Anthony, the owner, was great to work with and immediately refunded the deposit within two days from departing. It gets a little noisy from street noise in front bed next to the windows, which is expected being in the heart of the Gas Lamp District. I highly recommend the place and will stay there again next year.

Our loft is situated on 5th avenue, with large windows allowing you and your guests uninhibited views of one of downtown's most active streets.
