The Getaway is the Guest House for a private residence, located only a short walk to beautiful Mission Bay Park. Crown Point Shores Park is a block and half walk with safe, sandy beaches, and surrounded by grassy parks with miles of walking, skating, and bike paths; even a children's playground. Only a 5 minute drive to Sea World. Or ride the bikes provided the mile and half to Sea World to avoid the parking. Water sports abound: Sail, sport fish, water ski, jet ski, kayak, and swim. Close to the Ocean, 15 minutes to our world famous SD Zoo, Downtown's Gas Lamp Quarter, and all of San Diego attractions, yet just quietly removed from the hubs of activity to a nice residential neighborhood for a good nights sleep. We provide bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and boogie boards, so you can enjoy the Beach the way we do. The Bay Getaway Sleeps up to 4, with a very comfortable, King size bed, and a convertible Futon, with Memory Foam... Perfect for couples, or a small family. WIRELESS INTERNET Full kitchen with all the amenities, including microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a dishwasher Full Bath with a Tub and Shower. Exclusive use of Washer and Dryer in unit Our Studio opens to a private patio furnished for dining with a gas barbecue. Off street parking is provided in the driveway The Getaway is Non-Smoking We’re pet friendly for folks who travel with their pups. ($10/nt pet fee), please ask for our Pet Policy. We provide all Towels and linens. We offer Blue Ray DVD, iPAD Dock, Digital Cable TV with 450 channels including HD channels and content Access to U-Verse On Demand, HBO, Showtime, Cinemax ESPN Encore Movie Package, and On Demand Movies to name a few. Walk to the end of the street nightly for viewing of Sea world fireworks from Memorial Day through Labor Day Long-term stays only during the school year such as traveling nurses, job re-locations, corporate rentals, snowbirds, etc.There is no TOT tax on bookings of 30 days or more.
