We are less than 2 miles to the Convention Center a 6 minute drive via local street, 2 1/2 blocks to Bus line.

Located in the charming residential neighborhood of Golden Hill. Conveniently located 1 block walk north to Golden Hill Park, and 1 block south to stores, restaurants and bars. All within a very, very short walk (no hills).
Our neighborhood and street is considered urban residential, near the Downtown City area, with all the various sights and sounds of the City including, airplanes, occasional ambulance and fire engines.

Window seat/ bed: 5ft long 3 ft wide (shorter person or child), ceiling fan, night stands, drawers full closets, cloths hangers etc. Full bathroom-11’ x 6’6” with shower, 13’ x 6’ deck with table and chairs for 2. Please let us know in advance if you want the window-seat made up as a bed.

Can be used with the drop leaf table & chairs for 4 with Kitchenette doors open for morning coffee, HDTV etc., when the Murphy bed is not in use.
