The condo / apartment has a TV with standard cable with just a few channels and USB port for your Amazon /netflix stick, also it has a very good WIFI, a DVD WIFI player with apps. You will find foot rests under the TV/couch table. There is a remote for the bedroom fan / light, it is located inside left of the bedroom door. There is a small TV in the bedroom, only to play DVDs, not connected to cable. You will find a full size closet in the bedroom. In the shelf unit in the living room, we have 7 DVD movies for your use along with a sterio / CD palyer.. There is a lot of storage space. We have added 2 small storage cabinets in the bathroom.
In our condo/apartment, you do not share a room. Only you and your guest live in it.
Full kitchen, stove/oven, micro wave and fridges with freezer. ( Keep that ice cream frozen and the beer cold). a 12 cups coffee maker. Coffee is over the coffee maker in the cabinet. We have a very nice dining room with 4 chairs. The table can be used as a laptop table as it expands with 2 built-in leaf/extenders. The living room has a very nice couch and a flat screen 32" TV , a WIFI DVD player with apps to watch Netflix, Amazon and so on with your own membership. The bedroom has a queen size bed, a full size wall mirror and a ceiling fan to keep you cool at night. The bathroom is a medium in size with all the essentials, bath, shower, bath tub, and cabinets. The pubic pool and Jacuzzi are located near by, caddy corner from the condo.

You have access to the public coin operated laundry area right next door to the unit. The 5 swimming pools and saunas and some tennis courts are there for you to use.
If you love golfing shopping, eating, this is the city to be in. So many golf courses here and in the resounding cities .
( How about going to the Tramway nearby. Lots of hiking trails there and a bar with a restaurant. You will find snow in the winter at that elevation. )
You can get to the local bus stop a few streets away ( 6 minutes walk ) to go downtown( 2 1/2 miles away ). Uber / taxis are also available.
What is there to say, our complex has 5 pools, some tennis courts, close to the downtown night life, with many restaurants, shopping and golf courses in town.
The condo approximately 600 SF, a very cozy place with lots of full wall mirrors.
