Deposit and any rent paid will be refunded in full for cancellations made in writing or via e-mail more than 60 days prior to arrival date. For cancellations less than 60 days but more than 30 days before arrival date, one-half (½) the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations less than 30 days but more than 14 days before arrival date, rent will be refunded less the security/reservation deposit. For cancellations less than 14 days but more than 7 days before arrival date, deposit and one-half (½) of rent, tax, fees paid will be forfeited. For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival date, all funds will be forfeited.
RESERVATIONS: Signed Rental Agreeement and security deposit is due within 7 days after date of making reservation. PAYMENT OF RENT: Payment of rent (plus $100.00 cleaning fee) must be received in full, 30 days before arrival date. Check, money order, credit card payments via Paypal are accepted.
